Kearney Architecture is an architectural practice with a portfolio that includes commercial, resort and leisure, hospitality and residential projects in Australia and the Oceania region.
The practice integrates architecture, interior design and master planning to deliver projects that are innovative, inspiring and responsive to place, client brief and budget.
The practice draws off a diverse expertise with experience and capacity to deliver projects across a wide spectrum of scale and program. We are collaborative in our approach to project delivery with the ability to draw on broad network of specialists to create bespoke teams that respond to the specific requirements of a project and brief.
WHAT WE DO
Kearney Architecture is a full- service architecture and interior design practice, we provide our clients with a comprehensive service that extends from concept and feasibility stages through to delivery and operation.
Our team has delivered successful commissions from ‘green field’ sites to complex refurbishments and upgrades with major urban centres. We embrace the challenges of complex site constraints, staging and authority requirements to deliver bespoke architectural solutions that maximise the development potential of a site.

We integrate creative design and commercial realism as the key pillars to each project we undertake to ensure that projects retain a longevity and relevance within the respective market. We are instilled with the philosophy that good design must still be practical, responsive to its environment and meet the clients brief from both a pragmatic and financial perspective. We are a relationship- based practice and achieve ongoing collaborative engagements with our clients across a multitude of projects. This client focused philosophy combined with our ability to adapt to the specifics of each project type, budget and client expectation has seen Kearney Architecture continue to grow, with a significant portion of our work emanating from client referrals.
In our pursuit of exceptional and pragmatic design solutions, we focus not only on outcomes but on high quality professional services. Our Directors are closely involved through all stages of a project and we encourage other specialists to work with our own to deliver the best outcome for the client. This process allows Kearney Architecture to deliver the bespoke service and creativity of a boutique firm whilst encapsulating the experience and delivery capabilities of a larger practice.

Kearney Architecture is led by director Ben Kearney who, with over 18 years in practice experience, has delivered a number of significant and diverse projects throughout Australia and the Pacific region. These projects include landmark resort and commercial developments, residential and interior fit-outs and strategic advisory roles. The practice was established to provide specialist architectural service that captured the experience of larger practices but delivered it through a more personalised and boutique service.
